Summary
This study is testing a shorter, culturally adapted version of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to treat obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) in Pakistan. The goal is to see if this therapy, which is adjusted to fit local cultural beliefs and practices, is effective and acceptable for patients and their families. Researchers will measure changes in OCD symptoms, anxiety, depression, and daily functioning in 166 adult participants.
