Summary
This study tests whether giving time- and event-based cues (like alarms or visual reminders) helps people with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder remember to take their medication. 104 adults aged 18-60 with a schizophrenia diagnosis are taking part. The goal is to see if these cues improve prospective memory and medication adherence compared to usual care.
