Memory boosters: cues may help schizophrenia patients stick to meds

Summary

This study tests whether giving people with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder simple time- and event-based cues can improve their memory for taking medication. About 104 adults aged 18-60 will be randomly assigned to receive the cue-based help or standard care. The goal is to see if better prospective memory leads to better medication adherence and daily living skills.
