New immune therapy tested for aggressive brain cancer recurrence

Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety and best dose of an experimental drug called CUE-102 in adults whose glioblastoma brain cancer has returned for the first time. CUE-102 is designed to activate the body's immune system to fight the tumor. The study will enroll about 18 participants to monitor for side effects and determine how much of the drug can be safely given.
