Summary

This study tests a new drug called CUE-101, alone or with another drug (pembrolizumab), in 30 people with newly diagnosed HPV-16 positive head and neck cancer that cannot be easily removed with surgery. The goal is to see if these drugs can boost the immune system to fight the cancer before starting standard treatments like radiation or chemotherapy. The study focuses on safety and how well the immune system responds.
