Summary
This study is testing a new drug called CTX-712 for adults whose acute myeloid leukemia or myelodysplastic syndromes have returned or not responded to prior treatments. The main goals are to find a safe and effective dose and to see if the drug can help put the cancer into remission. This is an early-phase trial focused on safety and initial signs of effectiveness.
