Summary

This study will follow 5,000 adults in Taiwan who have a chronic total occlusion (CTO) — a complete, long-term blockage in a heart artery. Researchers want to see which patient and procedure factors lead to successful reopening of the artery and better heart outcomes. The goal is to improve treatment strategies for this challenging condition.
