Blood test may predict stomach cancer treatment success

Summary
This study is looking at whether a blood test that detects tumor DNA (ctDNA) can help doctors monitor how well stomach cancer treatment is working. About 600 adults with stomach cancer will give blood samples before and during treatment. The goal is to see if changes in ctDNA levels can predict treatment response and guide more personalized care.
