Summary
This study tested a vitamin D pill (CTAP101) to treat overactive parathyroid glands in people with advanced kidney disease who need regular dialysis. The goal was to raise vitamin D levels and lower parathyroid hormone. The study was stopped early, and only 44 people took part.
