Summary
This Phase 2 trial tests an experimental drug called CT1812 in 540 people with early Alzheimer's disease. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo for 18 months. The goal is to see if CT1812 can slow declines in memory, thinking, and daily function. The study is active but no longer recruiting.
