Heart stent planning: can CT scans match ultrasound?

Summary
This study compares two imaging methods for planning stent placement in clogged heart arteries. It tests whether using a CT scan before the procedure works as well as using ultrasound during the procedure to guide the stent placement. Researchers will follow 1090 patients for up to 5 years to see which method leads to better heart health outcomes and more efficient hospital care.
