Summary
This study looks at whether adding a special CT scan (CT-FFR) to the usual heart CT can help doctors decide the best way to treat blocked arteries in people with severe aortic stenosis. About 300 people scheduled for valve replacement will be split into two groups: one where treatment is guided by the standard CT alone, and another where the extra CT-FFR information is used. The goal is to see if the extra scan leads to fewer heart problems over the next year.
