Spinal fluid test could spot hidden brain cancer risk in lymphoma patients

Summary
This study is testing a new method to find early signs that aggressive B-cell lymphoma might spread to the brain and spinal cord (central nervous system). Researchers will analyze spinal fluid from 50 high-risk patients using a sensitive DNA test to see if it can detect cancer cells missed by standard tests. The goal is to learn how often this new test finds cancer signals and if those signals predict who will later have a brain relapse.
