New spinal fluid test could spot hidden brain cancer spread early

Summary
This study looks at whether a new DNA test on spinal fluid can find signs of lymphoma spreading to the brain before standard tests do. About 50 people with aggressive B-cell lymphoma at high risk for brain relapse will give spinal fluid samples during their first treatment. The goal is to see how often the DNA test is positive when standard tests are negative, and how often brain relapse occurs. This is an observational study, not a treatment, and aims to improve future monitoring and care.
