Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called CS0159 for people with Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC), a chronic liver disease. It will involve 75 participants and last about one year, with the first 12 weeks comparing the drug to a placebo. The main goals are to see if CS0159 is safe and if it can lower a key liver enzyme (ALP) that indicates disease activity.
