Summary
This study tests a new treatment called CS-121 for children aged 4 to 18 with a rare condition that causes extremely high levels of fat in the blood (hyperchylomicronemia). The treatment uses gene editing to target a protein that controls fat levels. The main goals are to see if it is safe and if it can lower triglyceride levels. Fifteen children will take part in this early-stage trial.
