Summary
This study looked at whether applying cold (cryotherapy) during a pulpotomy or root canal reduces pain and improves quality of life for people with deep cavities. 144 adults with deep decay in a molar were randomly assigned to get standard treatment with or without cryotherapy. The main goals were to measure pain, oral health quality of life, and treatment success.
