Freezing heart plaque: new device aims to prevent heart attacks

Summary
This study tests a new device that uses cold therapy to shrink dangerous plaque in heart arteries. About 30 people with stable angina or recent heart-related chest pain will receive the treatment during a planned procedure. Researchers will use special imaging to check if the plaque shrinks safely over 9 months.
