Freezing treatment tested to keep airways open
NCT ID NCT06085209
Summary
This early study is testing whether adding a freezing spray (cryospray) to standard treatments helps prevent airway narrowing from returning. Researchers will follow 12 adults with benign tracheal stenosis to see if the combined treatment keeps airways more open after 6 months. The goal is to help patients need fewer repeat procedures over time.
