Summary
This study looked at two different procedures—cryoablation and endoscopic denervation—to treat long-term pain in the sacroiliac joint (where the spine meets the pelvis). 51 adults with confirmed SI joint pain were enrolled. The goal was to see which method better reduces pain and improves daily function.
