Summary
This phase 3 trial compares crovalimab, a new injectable drug, to eculizumab in about 190 people with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) who are already on complement inhibitors. The study aims to see if crovalimab is as safe and effective, with a focus on side effects and how the body processes the drug. Participants will receive either crovalimab or continue eculizumab, and the results could lead to a more convenient treatment option.
