Summary

This study looked at whether a 12-week adapted CrossFit program could improve balance, mobility, and leg strength in older adults living in the community. Sixty participants were randomly assigned to either the exercise program or their usual routine. The main measure was the Timed Up and Go test, which assesses fall risk.
