NCT ID NCT07199114
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tested whether a 12-week adapted CrossFit program could improve balance and mobility in older adults living in the community. Sixty participants were split into two groups: one did the modified CrossFit workouts, the other continued their usual activities. The main goal was to see if the exercise group could complete a timed walking test faster, which indicates better balance and a lower risk of falls.
