Summary
This study tests whether cromoglicate, a drug used for allergies, can improve symptoms of schizophrenia when taken alongside standard medication. Researchers will enroll 160 adults aged 18-60 with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder. Participants will receive either cromoglicate or a placebo for several weeks, and their symptoms will be measured using a standard psychiatric scale.
