Study asks: how fast do Crohn's treatments really work?

Summary
This study aims to understand how quickly symptoms like pain, fatigue, and anxiety improve for people with Crohn's disease after starting specific biologic medications. Researchers will follow 300 adults who are beginning treatment with either vedolizumab or an IL-23 antagonist for the first time. They will use detailed patient surveys over 52 weeks to map the precise timing of symptom relief and quality-of-life changes.
