New hope for kids with Tough-to-Treat Crohn's disease

Summary
This study is testing a medication called vedolizumab to see if it can help children and teenagers with moderate to severe Crohn's disease who haven't gotten better with other standard treatments. About 120 participants will receive the drug through an IV to try to reduce gut inflammation and achieve remission. The main goal is to see if the treatment keeps the disease under control for a year, allowing kids to feel better and grow normally.
