NCT ID NCT07387172
Summary
This study aimed to understand if certain variations in a gene called BAFF are connected to who gets Crohn's disease and how severe it becomes. Researchers compared 310 people with Crohn's disease to 514 healthy individuals, looking at their genetic makeup. The goal was to gather knowledge about potential genetic risk factors, not to test a treatment.
