Summary

This study aims to create a detailed map of cells in the gut of people with Crohn's disease and healthy volunteers. By analyzing tissue samples, researchers hope to understand how cell types change with disease activity. This knowledge may lead to new treatments in the future. About 178 adults will participate, providing biopsies or surgical samples.
