Summary

This study looks at whether a special diet, called an adapted Crohn's disease exclusion diet with partial liquid nutrition, can improve quality of life for adults with Crohn's disease during a flare-up. About 52 participants will either receive standard medical care or this diet. The goal is to see if the diet helps people feel better and manage symptoms without relying solely on medications.
