Summary
This study is testing two versions of a special diet designed to help adults with active Crohn's disease. One group follows the diet while also drinking nutritional formula. The other group follows the diet but gets to reintroduce dairy products earlier. The goal is to see which approach is better at reducing gut inflammation and symptoms, and which one people find easier to stick with.
