Summary

This observational study aims to understand how diet and gut bacteria relate to Crohn's disease in children. Researchers will collect data from 300 children, including 250 newly diagnosed with Crohn's and 50 healthy children, to build a computer algorithm. The goal is to predict how food might affect disease symptoms, but no treatments are being tested.
