NCT ID NCT07592949

First seen May 19, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looks at how the hardness and thickness of crisps affect the way people eat them, such as how many times they chew and how fast they eat. About 26 healthy adults who eat crisps regularly will taste five different types of crisps in a lab. The goal is to learn if changing crisp texture can slow down eating while still being enjoyable.
