Would you eat a cricket snack? study tests bugs vs peas for feeling full
NCT ID NCT07181408
Summary
This study aimed to understand how snacks made with cricket flour or pea flour compare to a regular wheat snack. One hundred healthy adults tried all three snacks on different days. Researchers measured how full people felt, how much they liked the taste, and if the snacks caused any stomach issues.
