Summary
This study is testing whether CreNeuriS CNS herbal nutrition capsules can safely reduce symptoms of mild depression and anxiety. Thirty adults aged 18 to 65 with both conditions will take the capsules for six weeks. Researchers will measure changes using a standard depression rating scale.
