Can common supplements boost strength for people with down syndrome?

Summary
This study is testing whether taking two common dietary supplements, creatine and HMB, for eight weeks can help improve muscle strength, body composition, and balance in people with Down syndrome. Fifty participants will take the supplements or a placebo and complete strength, balance, and cognitive tests, as well as body scans and blood draws. The goal is to see if this simple nutritional approach can safely improve physical health and quality of life.
