Summary
This study is testing whether taking a creatine supplement daily for 12 weeks can help older adults with sarcopenia, a condition of age-related muscle loss. Researchers will measure if it improves handgrip strength, body composition, physical fitness, and even brain function. The goal is to see if this nutritional strategy can help manage muscle weakness and frailty.
