Creatine may boost underwater performance for Breath-Hold divers

Summary
This study tests whether taking creatine for a week helps trained breath-hold divers exercise longer on a stationary bike while holding their breath. 26 healthy divers will either get creatine or a placebo. Researchers will measure how far they go and how long they last before needing to breathe.
