New targeted cancer drug enters human testing

Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called CRB-701 for people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific protein called nectin-4. Researchers want to find the safest and most effective dose and see which types of cancer respond to the treatment. Participants will receive the drug through an IV and have regular scans and blood tests to check how their tumors react.
