Summary

This study tested whether teaching people with long-term back pain gentle craniosacral therapy self-help techniques can reduce pain and improve daily function better than a standard relaxation method. 76 adults with chronic non-specific back pain took part in 12 weeks of group lessons and home practice. The goal was to see if this gentle approach offers a safe, effective self-help option for managing back pain.
