Summary

This study is testing whether drinking cranberry juice every day for over two months can help people who do a lot of multitasking. Researchers want to see if it improves mental focus, reduces feelings of stress and fatigue, and changes stress-related body chemicals. The study will involve 126 healthy adults aged 30-55, who will be randomly assigned to drink either real cranberry juice or a placebo look-alike.
