First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study tests whether a daily 500 mg cranberry extract (NDS-446) can change the natural bacteria in the bladder to reduce frequent and urgent bathroom trips in women who do not have leakage. Researchers will compare bacteria samples and symptom scores before and after 12 weeks of treatment. The goal is to find a gentler option for managing overactive bladder.
