First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 37 times
Summary
This study tests whether taking a daily cranberry extract pill for 12 weeks can change the natural bacteria in the bladder to reduce urgent, frequent urination in women who do not have leakage. Researchers will compare bacteria samples and symptom scores before and after treatment. The goal is to find a gentler option for managing overactive bladder.
