First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 35 times
Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, CPX-351 and glasdegib, in adults with a specific type of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that is either linked to a prior bone marrow disorder or caused by previous cancer treatment. The goal is to see if the combo helps patients stay in remission longer. About 30 participants will receive the treatment, and researchers will track side effects and how well the leukemia responds.
