First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study tests a new medicine called CPV-104 for the first time in people. It is designed to calm an overactive part of the immune system that causes damage in C3 glomerulopathy (C3G), a rare kidney disease. The trial includes healthy adults and people with C3G to check safety, how the body handles the drug, and any side effects. The main goal is safety, not yet whether the drug works.
