First seen Mar 24, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests CPO301, a drug that delivers chemotherapy directly to cancer cells, in adults with advanced solid tumors (e.g., lung, breast, colorectal) that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and check for early signs of tumor shrinkage. About 132 participants will receive CPO301 by IV every 3 weeks.
