New weapon against advanced cancer begins human testing
NCT ID NCT05948865
Summary
This is a first-in-human study to test the safety and find the right dose of a new experimental drug called CPO301 in adults with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The drug is designed to target and deliver a toxic payload specifically to cancer cells that have a marker called EGFR. Researchers will also look for early signs that the drug might help control the cancer.
