New drug cocktail shows promise for Hard-to-Treat myeloma

Summary
This early-phase trial tests a combination of four drugs (cyclophosphamide, pomalidomide, dexamethasone, and daratumumab) in people with multiple myeloma that has returned or stopped responding to prior treatments. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination can control the disease. Sixteen adults who have already tried at least two other therapies will participate.
