Can a home device replace lab sleep tests for CPAP troubles?

NCT ID NCT07530302

First seen Apr 19, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looks at adults with obstructive sleep apnea whose CPAP therapy isn't working well. It compares treatment decisions made using a home monitoring device (Sunrise) versus those made using a full lab sleep test (polysomnography). The goal is to see if the home device can guide doctors just as effectively as the lab test. About 105 participants will use both methods to check if the simpler home approach is reliable.
