NCT ID NCT06722755
First seen Apr 04, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests whether extra support—like coaching and mobile health tools—helps stroke patients with sleep apnea use their CPAP machine more regularly during rehab. About 250 adults who recently had a stroke will be split into two groups: one gets standard CPAP support, the other gets an intensive program. The goal is to see if better CPAP use improves sleep and recovery after stroke.
