NCT ID NCT07358429

First seen Jan 23, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study looks at whether using a CPAP machine for sleep apnea can lower the chance of atrial fibrillation (an irregular heartbeat) returning. Researchers will follow 91 adults with both conditions for one year, tracking heart rhythm with ECGs and Holter monitors. The goal is to see if consistent CPAP use helps keep the heart in normal rhythm.
