Summary
This study aimed to understand how well obese adults with sleep-related breathing problems stick to using their CPAP therapy machines. It followed 300 patients for one year, tracking how many nights they used the machine for at least 4 hours. The goal was to gather real-world data on treatment adherence patterns and related health outcomes.
